Key contributions:

  • Interview team members to understand the agency’s strengths and areas of expertise

  • Identify nine case studies that showcase the range of skills

  • Craft the nine case studies, each including the business context, challenges, approaches and results

  • Ensure the case studies are sharp, accurate and concise

  • Deliver in an intuitive, plug-and-play format for all staff to use
